Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between us and customers via this website.

Contract Formation
The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is formed when we accept your order.

Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices including applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates unless explicitly stated as binding. Partial deliveries are permitted if reasonable.

Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.

Governing Law
The laws of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.

If you are a consumer residing outside the European Union, including but not limited to the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia, you may have additional rights under applicable local consumer protection laws. These rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and mandatory local consumer laws, the mandatory provisions of the applicable local law shall prevail.

Taxes & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
